Cannot start application using hot key due to not supported.
Cause:
Windows 95 does not support using shortcut hot keys to launch applications from the desktop. Shortcut hot keys can be used to launch only those items located in the 'Programs' folder or subfolder.
Solution:
Move or copy the shortcut from the desktop to the 'Programs' folder.
1) Move or copy the shortcut from the desktop to the 'Programs' folder.
2) Launch the application from the 'Programs' folder using the assigned hot key.
